Is carpet cleaning included in the service?
We do not provide commercial carpet cleaning; our service is limited to standard, non-commercial carpet cleaning. This service is not included in our standard end-of-lease cleaning package. However, you can add this service to your cleaning for an additional charge. Simply select the carpet cleaning option as an add-on during checkout.
Can you clean the ceilings if requested?
Certainly, we can. Our standard end-of-lease cleaning package does not encompass ceiling cleaning. However, after assessing the state of your ceiling, we can offer you a customized quote.
Can I get a receipt to show my real estate agent?
Definitely. After we have finished the cleaning service and processed your payment, you will automatically receive a service receipt via email, which you can show to your real estate agent.
How much does end of lease cleaning cost?

Can I do end of tenancy cleaning myself?
Attempting end-of-tenancy cleaning on your own is not advised for several reasons:

- You must be aware of the specific areas and items your real estate agent expects to be cleaned. If these are not cleaned adequately, you may be asked to redo them.
- Some agents may require proof that the cleaning was done by professional cleaners.
- End-of-tenancy cleaning is thorough and demanding, which can be very challenging if you are not accustomed to it.
Therefore, we suggest hiring a professional end-of-lease cleaning service to ensure everything meets the standards without any stress on your part.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Certainly, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure your property is cleaned to a professional standard.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we kindly request that you give us 24 hours’ notice to prevent incurring a late cancellation charge. Our cleaning crews operate on carefully organized schedules, and last-minute cancellations deprive them of potential work.
Should there be a cancellation upon arrival without prior notification, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service price will be charged.
Do you offer same-day cleaning services?
